Name UltiSID is confusing - already taken by different project

Name UltiSID is already used by different project. Ultimate-II+/Ultimate64 have FPGA implementation based UltiSID.

I've renamed forum pages to both names (Kung Fu SID and UltiSID) to refer to both names.
