If it isn't obvious yet, you are talking to a coordinated griefing group, not an actual recovery service.
What you’re describing, the “deadline,” the ogmur.xyz link, the UI meant to trick you into running destructive commands, is the standard playbook of MLPI / Ogmur / “5th Column”–style griefers. They spoof warnings, lure victims to their site, and try to get them to panic-run deletions or expose their servers. There was never a real “recovery” process, and there’s no backup stored anywhere else.
Your best move now is to restore from your own local or host-side backups (if any exist). Anything offered by these groups is just another layer of the prank. Do some Googling on our group before you bother please.
