具体是哪些情况触发，我还没有找到规律。

有可能是哪边多了一个换行符，可以把完整的内容放到编辑器对比下

感谢指点，我查了下，确实左侧多了一个换行符。
那如果这样的话，为啥不在左侧698行做出diff标识呢？

左边多个换行符展示也是正常的。左边固定是旧版本，右边固定是新版本。新的一行来展示 diff 倒是可以考虑
