Hole at the beginning at the second-to-last magnet of the muon shield

Dear all,

My apologies for visually checking the updates in the SND geometry only now, but I was able to see how they looked only now due to the event display issue.

There is now a weird hole at the beginning of the second-to-last muon shield, where no detector volume is placed (the pink area in this screenshot):

I found out that this hole has been added with the implementation of the silicon target by @webbjm, #877.
May I ask if it was intended? Should the hole be present only in the final part now occupied by the Si volume?

Hi @antonioiuliano2, this was somewhat intentional. I knew that the setSNDHole method would have such an affect, but as the placement of the silicon target is "temporary" until the magnet configuration is updated, I did not bother with altering the method to only hollow out the required volume. If it is critical to have the space refilled, this can easily be resolved.

I see, I would suggest to keep this issue open until the magnet configuration is updated and the silicon target is moved into the definitive position.
