MGS2: Fix in-game cutscenes playback

Some cutscenes where Raiden is controlled in-game don't function correctly. This is only with the English voice overs. With Japanese voice over, the scenes play correctly.

Just based on looking, the issue appears to occur because the cutscene continues too quickly. It could be because of the English audio files.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I haven't tried swapping the English and Japanese audio files to see if anything changes.

This would be an issue with the .rpd file (recorded pad demo - essentially recorded controller inputs for these not-full cutscene bits), not an issue with the audio file.
