BACKEND: Smart-Contract Interaction Module

Bridge on-chain logic with the backend:

• Use starknet-py to deploy and call Cairo 2 contracts

• Functions: createRoomOnChain(), placeBet(), resolveBattle()

• Error handling and transaction status polling

Deliverable: Python module backend/contracts.py with abstractions.
