Cryo console sleep doesn't work correctly

Reproduction:

When in cryosleep, the sleep status appears on-screen and your character snores. However, you can still see and talk in this state.

1. Enter cryogenic freezer
2. Wait until you get pulled into the console
3. Observe that your vision is not obscured like when asleep
4. Try to talk - you shouldn't be able to
5. Try to interact with your inventory - you shouldn't be able to
