[Request] Standalone chunk loader mod

Hey, just saw that on Turtlematic there is a Chunk vial upgrade that allows turtles to keep chunks loaded. It's a very needed thing for turtles and there is a scarcity of addons that implement such feature.

However, I'm not a fan of the rest of the complexity added by this mod (I'm sorry, nothing personal, in fact i wouldn't use any kind of addon except by a chunk loading one), so i ask if possible to make a standalone mod that only adds the chunk loading feature (perhaps allowing turtles to equip lodestones instead of the vial since that item uses ingredients from the rest of Turtlematic).

Again, sorry for that issue, but i really thirst for a chunk loading peripheral to allow truly autonomous turtle work.

So, I have a plans now to make some mod called "CC:T Gamerules", which do something like "turtle automatically load chunk" logic probably. But this is a somewhat far future.

At some point of time :) Really no grantee here, because I am doing open-source programming more for fun when I have free time and motivation

Thanks for the reply and for still consider at some point in doing this concept.

In this while i talked with the author of Load My Chunks to add support for turtle chunkloading but i needed to remove the mod due to numerous issues with other mods i have (like c2me) and it breaking with any new CC:T update, so this would be still relevant to me. But take your time, and again thanks for considering it still.
