Tooltip
Tooltip for requirements is not translatable, and just lists advancement IDs. It should fetch the advancements to display the names. Might be nice to also specify a translation key to use instead, so the book can specify the text to display for locked.
Conditions
Only condition supported right now is an AND condition, would be nice to support ORs as well. Could use the double array syntax used in advancements (outer array is AND, inner array is OR)
