statOffsets in AthenaFramework.CompProperties_UseEffectModule for modular equipments isn't working

I tried to demo a modular weapon (basically modular autopistol) but statOffsets isn't working, it should alter the weapon's stats but nothing's changed. Equippedstatoffset works on equipped pawns normally though.
