Description

The activity feed on the home page currently shows hardcoded mock data. Wire it to pull real events from the backend API (bounty completions, PR submissions, payouts).

Requirements

• Fetch real activity data from GET /api/activity or similar endpoint
• Show bounty completions, PR submissions, and payouts
• Auto-refresh every 30 seconds
• Graceful fallback when API is unavailable

Acceptance Criteria

• Activity feed shows real events from the API
• Events update without page refresh
• Shows "No recent activity" when empty
