UEExtractor - Small Update

[EN] A small update after the initial release.

• Fixed the arguments, now they are working properly.
• Added a new argument --table format to change the separator from , to |.
• Added escaping \n \r \t for extracted text strings, for their correct import into UE4LocalizationsTool and my STEditor.
• Changed the name of the 'separator' from 'SolicenSeparator' to 'TableSeparator'.
• Made minor code improvements, removed unnecessary parts.

• Исправил работу аргументов, теперь они работают исправно.
• Добавил новый аргумент --tableformat для смены разделителя с , на |.
• Добавил экранирование \n \r \t для извлекаемых строк текста, для их импорта в UE4LocalizationsTool и свой STEditor.
• Сменил имя 'разделителя 'с "SolicenSeparator" на "TableSeparator".
• Провел небольшие улучшения кода, убрал лишние части.
