Scroll event triggers other extensions as well

Describe the bug

I am using PaperWM and there is a scroll event bound to the whole tray that allows user to scroll through windows on that workspace. That said, when I scroll on spotify indicator, volume is adjusted and my windows are being scrolled through.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install PaperWM.
2. Make sure scroll events are enabled on both PaperWM and this extension.
3. Have more than one window on a workspace.
4. Scroll on top of the spotify indicator.

Expected behavior

Only volume should be adjust but the scrolling of windows should not happen.

Additional context

I believe the propagation of the scroll-event should be stopped by this extension. Not sure if it is possible tho.
