Add Storybook (or equivalent) visual documentation for shared components

Description

Once a shared component library exists (Issue 25), add Storybook so contributors can develop/preview components in isolation without running the full app against a live contract.

Acceptance Criteria

• Feature is fully implemented
• Tests pass
• Lint/type checks pass
• PR references this issue number
