Swapping directions too fast causes new direction to not be registered

In general, the left/right key is ignored if the other is pressed, so when the latter is released, the viking just stops instead of continuing in the new direction.

This would probably be fixable by storing some key state in the PlayerLayer, and checking it when a key is released.
