Doesn't work on systems with GLIBC older than 2.38/2.39?

I'm on Linux Mint 21.2 x86_64

Here's what prints when I run it
`./obamify: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libm.so.6: version 'GLIBC_2.38' not found (required by ./obamify)`
`./obamify: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version 'GLIBC_2.39' not found (required by ./obamify)`

Don't know what other info to give here...
Sorry if this issue is poorly formatted or whatever, I don't use github often
