Blocking reads of Stream

Whether Stream supports blocking reads, I haven't found any relevant explanations;

This is currently not supported; at the current time, SE.Redis multiplexes concurrent operations over shared connections, and blocking operations would break that multiplexing - this is discussed more here: https://stackexchange.github.io/StackExchange.Redis/PipelinesMultiplexers#multiplexing

This is a recurring request, and it is something that we'd like to address, but it has significant implications, at least until backend servers implement either async (deferred result) operations or better connection-sharing protocols (as is being discussed in the context of valkey)
