How to configure ldap user and local user (stanley) settings in st2.conf

I want to configure the authentication backend to ldap and enable rbac. However in parallel I also want a local user who's auth will be verified from flat file similar to how user stanley or testu which comes by default. Is there a way I can achieve this.

I went through the [https://docs.stackstorm.com/authentication.html] (url) 2-3 times but I am not able to get combination of both the auth backend. Let me know if this is possible to do. If YES then how to configure in st2.conf file, please let me know.
