[feat]: Backup Progress Indication on a Per-Service Basis

Describe the Feature Request

An indication of status/progress of a backup, by service. Ideally, breaking down the amount of data backed up / remaining to back up, but at a minimum, a progress bar or percentage indicator.

Describe the Use Case

Some services may contain an excessive amount of data, such as a heavily-laden File Browser for example. Watching them sit in 'Backing up' status for a long time can induce anxiety
