[feat]: Integrate kicksecure Debian security hardening

Describe the Feature Request

Kicksecure is a security app and environment for Debian that "provides better kernel hardening, improved entropy, and other security features."

Describe the Use Case

Other debian based distros harden with kicksecure. We should investigate using it to get an easy security boost.

Alternatives:

• manually set our own "kernel hardening" settings and secure environment settings
• Do nothing (If I'm not mistaken we're pretty vanilla Debian at this point so doing nothing is probably not the best option)
