Improve TOTP code from SDA (Windows) method

Hi
As title, The Generated Auth Code with use shared_secret is not correct.
You need to change to use "uri":"otpauth://totp/Steam:<Steam_Account>?secret=XXXXXXXXXXXX&issuer=Steam"
The secret=XXXXXXXXXXXX, it should be same with SDA
