I don’t understand how to update from version Feb 20 without overwriting everything

The upgrade script does a good job of creating a backup for you, so it should be easy enough to revert if anything goes wrong. I have a slightly different setup in that I didn't run mine in ~/.opencode.

Even when I set it up that way, either through a symlink or placing my contents into that directory, I found that the script seemed to perform most of the migration, but noticed these two discrepancies:

1. The model profiles did not get updated and still have the three-tier format
2. It says to runbun run skills:validate afterwords, but I have no idea to run that. It doesn't look like a valid path, and running from the main directory or tools subdir all result in a fail.
