A Substrate skill for PAI-opencode

For those interested in the Substrate project, or like me who have long been interested in Substrate, I have built a skill with pai-opencode 3.0 that can be slotted right into your framework.

I've built and am now releasing a Substrate Skill with 12 workflows that should slot into any PAI implementation and get you building your own substrate(s) right away. Hopefully this will help others get going with this powerful information collation framework. If you're not familiar with this, check out my longer post, which describes the skill and links to Daniel Miessler's introduction video.

This is the first thing I've built in my PAI that I'm trying to make available to other users of the platform, so I'd love any feedback as to how well (or how poorly) you were able to incorporate this.
