Update the BART model objects and serialization routines to incorporate cloglog model terms

The cloglog model includes cutpoint parameter samples, so the BART function needs to return these samples, as well as information about the outcome type and link function. The corresponding serialization / deserialization methods should also incorporate the added structure of the BART model object.
