Change state when scrolling

Is it possible to animate the segmentedControl state change based off of swiping the whole page, not just by swiping the segmentedControl? It would be much more fluid if you could swipe either way.

It would be possible if segmented control exposed setter for percentage state, however it doesn't at the moment. May be a good feature though.
