Add a further use case for a nonbreaking space

Use a nonbreaking space before a numeral in a publication title that denotes part of a sequence in a series of publications.

Example:
"Refer to the Red{nbsp}Hat OpenShift Administration{nbsp}II: Operating a Production Kubernetes Cluster (DO280) course."

Dare I ask where this came from?
I'm not against the idea at all, but I am curious to know what prompted it.

I can see how it would align with things like RHEL{nbsp}10 and whatever, so maybe that's it?

The RHEL team decided to adopt it when updating the RHCSA courses, to avoid a line break occurring before the final "I" in the title "Red Hat System Administration I", for example. The OpenShift team also decided to follow suit.

ok, no worries. It might be a good idea to make it "A Thing" that everyone follows, and let WN know as well. Like I said, I'm not against it at all, but I think if we're going to do it then we should all do it, especially if you're going to put in the style guide.
