unable to sync a running site

We've tried using your tool to copy a running site on azure to a deployment slot. however because the sites uses lock files (which don't have to be copied) that it cannot access it fails.

The tool succeeds in creating all of the directories.

A fix would be just adding a flag for ignoring certain file patterns
