Feature request - Most used elements

The list of elements is hundred of pages long. I would assume systems don't use all the 5,000 + elements. Is there or could a summary of the most commonly used elements be featured? It would help getting projects started. Maybe add a section of 20 most used terms at the beginning of this doc: https://orangebutton.io/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/Orange-Button-Data-Element-Reference.pdf

Can you say a bit more about the use cases you'd like to support? Also, if you are trying to use the xBRL taxonomy (this repo) or the OpenAPI taxonomy?
