make.ps1 -uam should update packages and insert them in ordered way to Modules.ps1 #4
Description
Right now, when packages are updated, the Modules.ps1 is rewritten with randomly ordered packages, which makes commits difficult to read.
The update/add method should be changed so Modules.ps1 will have packages listed in ordered manner.
