2026-04-15

  • Started structured parity review between the property and vehicle platforms.
  • Loaded brainstorming and planning-with-files skills.
  • Captured root-level structure of both repositories.
  • Created planning files to track comparison findings and next steps.
  • Read core manifests and README files for both projects.
  • Confirmed the property platform is substantially broader in architecture and operational completeness than the current vehicle platform.
  • Reviewed the user-provided Supabase instructions against the current stack.
  • Confirmed those instructions target Next.js and do not fit this Vite + FastAPI codebase directly.
  • Decomposed the full-parity request into four implementation workstreams.
  • Chose data platform core as the recommended first sub-project because it sets the contract for pipeline, ops, and frontend work.

2026-04-18

  • Completed Phase 4 by documenting a parity gap matrix and upgrade path in docs/parity-gap-analysis.md.
  • Updated planning files to mark Phase 4 complete and Phase 5 active.
  • Began autonomous execution mode with mandatory per-phase verification and commit/push checkpoints.
  • Completed Phase 5 by documenting phase-by-phase implementation sequence and acceptance gates in docs/parity-execution-sequence.md.
  • Advanced the plan to Phase 6 implementation.
  • Completed Phase 6 data-core implementation by replacing average-as-median logic in CarPriceAggregator with listing-level median/p25/p75 calculations.
  • Added and ran red/green tests in backend/tests/test_aggregator_percentiles.py.
  • Verified full backend suite: 22 passed.
  • Completed Phase 7 ingestion parity by introducing source alias canonicalization and applying it to both sync runners.
  • Added backend/tests/test_source_aliases.py and re-verified backend suite: 25 passed.
  • Completed Phase 8 scheduler/ops parity by adding pipeline run history and trigger endpoints.
  • Added backend/tests/test_pipeline_ops.py and re-verified backend suite: 28 passed.
  • Completed Phase 9 frontend parity by adding dashboard operations controls and pipeline run-history visibility.
  • Added src/test/pipelineOpsApi.test.ts, updated dashboard runtime mocks, and verified frontend suite: 36 passed.
  • Verified production frontend build succeeded with npm run build.

2026-04-19

  • Completed Ardeno alignment checkpoints through Phase 5 with per-phase commit and push on main.
  • Completed Phase 6 release verification gate and documented command outcomes in docs/ardeno-alignment-phase-6-verification.md.
  • Verified backend full suite (pytest backend/tests -q), frontend full suite (npm run test, EXIT:0), lint (0 errors), and production build (vite build success).
  • Packaged deferred work as Phase 7 backlog epics with effort/risk labeling and rollout order in docs/ardeno-alignment-phase-7-backlog.md.
