Search/Sort API

Add a search and sorting API endpoints (each have their own endpoints

Criteria:
- endpoint that search based on the keywords of the title, content, categories, tags.
- endpoint that sorts the result based on these options (most relevant, most answers)
- results should be paginated by 10
- add tests
