Don't stress on this one, I might even be able to do this one myself and pr it, I recently loaded Rewaita in gnome-builder and started copy pasting stuff from within the code and got some stuff happening, maybe I could do this one also.

[Enhancement] Toggle to apply themes to apps (gtk.css) or shell (gnome-shell.css) or both (current functionality)

This could allow for mixing and matching colours from different themes to apps or shell.
