searching through large logfiles

I have some large logfiles 12 MB and 46 MB. But loading takes to much time. How can I optimice thouse files with the monolog-viewer. Is there a way to load first 1000 lines and then next 1000 or similare?

I have also same issue. Is there any way to load 10, or 50 GB files .
Is there any way to used pagination or load limited data first 1 min then rest of another min, please guide me also for the same.
