bind gsw_geo_strf_steric_height?

Many thanks GSW-Python team for this helpful package - my team at CU is wondering if there are any plans or interest in binding gsw_geo_strf_steric_height for calculating steric sea height; exposing this would be much appreciated.

If there are drawbacks or challenges to adding this binding, please let me know, I'd like to understand in the event it's not in the cards here and I have to roll my own. Thanks much.

Apart from the docstring and signature, this is just a one-liner to return geo_strf_steric_height(...) / 9.7963. It could be added to the geostrophy.py module, along with a minimal test.
