Aligning the names of all TDP repositories and hiding/cleaning unused/legacy ones

I think we must align all the names/titles of the TDP projects and use this names everywhere in each doc consistently. Not sure, if interchanging with the names in inline-code syntax is justified.

Sa far we have in the titles:

• [not good] "TDP SERVER" in https://github.com/TOSIT-IO/tdp-server (raname to "TDP Server")
• [good] "TDP UI" in https://github.com/TOSIT-IO/tdp-ui
• [good] "TDP Lib" in https://github.com/TOSIT-IO/tdp-lib
• [not good] "TDP website" in https://github.com/TOSIT-IO/tdp-website (raname to "TDP Website")
• [not good] "TDP Monitoring" in https://github.com/TOSIT-IO/tdp-observability ( why calling it "TDP Monitoring" when the repo is "tdp-observability"?)
• [may be good] "Getting Started with TDP" in https://github.com/TOSIT-IO/tdp-getting-started (it may be better with "TDP Getting Started")
• [not good] "TDP dev" in https://github.com/TOSIT-IO/tdp-dev/ (rename to "TDP Dev")
• [good] "Ansible TDP Collection" in https://github.com/TOSIT-IO/tdp-collection
• [not good] "Ansible TDP Extra Collection" in https://github.com/TOSIT-IO/tdp-collection-extras (rename to "Ansible TDP Collection Extras" or "Ansible TDP Collection extras" )
• [not good] "TDP collection prerequisites" in https://github.com/TOSIT-IO/tdp-collection-prerequisites (rename to "Ansible TDP Collection Prerequisites" or "Ansible TDP Collection prerequisites")
• [good] "TDP Vagrant" in https://github.com/TOSIT-IO/tdp-vagrant
• [not sure] "TDP build proxy whitelist" in https://github.com/TOSIT-IO/tdp-build-proxy-whitelist
