Add Slug-Based Route to Fetch Poll Results (api/slug-result)

• Implement GET /api/polls/slug/:slug/results route
• Accepts a poll slug instead of poll ID
• Returns the current RCV results for the poll with the given slug
• Requires authentication (same as other results routes)
