I cannot install new nodes

When I try to install a missing node, it says I need to change my security level, but there is no config.ini file on my manager custom node. How am I supposed to change it?

The file is located here: ComfyUI\user\__manager\config.ini
Replace line # 14

security_level = normal

with

security_level = weak
