WWE Wrestlemania XXI -- wrong XBE Title, Folder Name, ISO Name

I believe the XBE Title, Folder Name, and ISO Name should all just have `(USA)` instead of `(USA-JPN)`. Fresh ISO Redump is just `(USA)`. Also, seems like it needs `(Rev 1)` added?
