"Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (USA).iso" not HDD-Ready after Extracting

I've successfully extracted almost 150 ISO files, but when using the Windows context menu to extract "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (USA).iso", the files produced are not HDD-ready. There are multiple files with filenames exceeding 42 characters in length.

When I attempt to transfer the files to the X-Box HDD using FATXplorer, here is a list of all of the files that fail:
