"foreign channels" is not active anymore? (kodi 18.9 and no VPN)

i've just installed kodi 18.9, and tempest0580 but, when i want to check the iptv and foreign channels section, nothing happens
i remember it worked, but when i install all (kodi and tempest0580) i can't access it anymore.
can you help?
