[REQ] GH-compliant LICENSE file

Hi there, 1st of all thanks for this awesome work !

Since I've 'doxed' it for the HyMPS project's resources collection (under VIDEO section \ AI-based page \ Upscalers), can you please "fix" your license file for it ?

Although it may sounds like a minor aspect, license file omission obviously causes an inconsistent generation of the relative badge too (note - both badges are linked to respective license files):

An example of a GH-compliant one:

It should be pretty simple to "fix" it this using GH's license wizard tool.

Last but not least, let me know how to improve - in your opinion - categorizations and links to resources in order to favor collaboration between developers (and therefore evolution) of listed projects.
