time-dependent operation inventory: A^Op_{p,i} is currently based on the inventory during the first year of operation and remains as a constant parameter in relation to the variable reference flow. Implementing a direct time-dependency in A^Op_{p,i}would require individual tracking of the all instances of the same process installed at different timepoints for checkign operation instead of tracking the sum of the process. This individual trackign expands model complexity in higher regard than it provides functionality. Therefore, we assume a constant operational relation to the freference flow
