Uninstall Nividia Apex and Pytorch issue with PULID

Hey I am using Comfyui and using PULID, my console gives me error to install Nividia Apex, using pip install apex command. I got the Apex installed and after that I am unable to use Pulid with error

"PulidFluxEvaClipLoader

No module named 'fused_layer_norm_cuda"

I had check the internet and they mentioned to uninstall Apex, I had tried multiple attempts to uninstall apex but failed. I used pip uninstall apex but nothing works. I appreciate if any could help me out and what should I do to make install apex that dont conflicts with pytorch. CUDA is already 12.9 is already installed and I rolled back it to 12.8.

if you want to use the pulid1.1 model, there is no version available for ComfyUI at this time. There is an ip-adapter_pulid_sdxl_fp16.safetensors version available for ComfyUI

PuLID v1.1 works only through standalone installation and functions with the Gradio GUI.
