Description
Implement WalletConnect v2 to connect users’ wallets to the frontend (no RainbowKit).

Tasks

• Initialize frontend (React + Vite)
• Install @walletconnect/web3modal, ethers, and wagmi
• Configure Base Sepolia chain ID and RPC
• Test wallet connections (MetaMask, Coinbase, Trust Wallet)
• Display connected address in the navbar

Deliverables

• WalletConnect working with Base Sepolia
• Connection persists between sessions
