Ability to replace emeralds with other type of currency

Hello ToroCraft, I am sending this message regarding your mod "Baily's Dailies". I want to include this mod on my server but I require the reward that she gives players to change to that of the currency mod we have installed, "Good Ol' Currency". I have attempted to install "Additional Loot Tables" to see if it would allow me to change her reward but it hasn't. If you could possibly tell me how I can make this possible or whether it is possible to start with it would be highly appreciated.

Would be cool to allow someone to define x number of emeralds = y number of <other_currency> as a server config or something. Maybe doable?
