A function to question position involvement in a sector?

We often have positions of interest in a given sequence. For instance, some positions have been experimentally tested/mutated and a link to function is shown, etc...

This probably could easily be "implemented" by using the functions of the API, but I think it could be interesting/useful for several users to have a function to question wether a given position in a given sequence:

• is part of a sector or not, and if so,
• which sector and
• what other positions are also involved in the sector?

I think there is no need to write such a function as the positions that are given at the end of the analysis (sectors object in full SCA analysis example) are the positions on the unfiltered MSA (so the one provided by the user).
The user then only needs to test whether his positions of interest are in the list or not.

But I can add a better description in the documentation so that it's clearer what is actually returned. And maybe a warning for the user to have a mapping between the positions in the sequences alone and the positions in the MSA provided to COCOA-Tree for the analysis.
