Survival Games Integration

Instead of relying on a plugin to handle the survival games aspect of TranxCraft I'd like to make it part of the plugin itself. This isn't needed but it would be nice to have and it gives us more control over it. This is definitely something for the future as it will be a complicated thing to do as well as largely pointless for the player as there won't be any significant difference (heck, most likely more bugs so it'll be worse).
