I have a tree of shared notes. Using the default theme and template, when browsing notes down the shared tree most of them have a helpful "parent page: foo_baz" link at top right. However some of them do not, so when a person navigates into that branch there's no way back to the top. What controls when parent page does and doesn't show up?
