Rework or rewrite the tent host logic

The logic assumes a lot of things and isn't very resilient to trip ups from an API delay or user spam, and generally quite error prone. I think with voice state things we need to query the API for up-to-date information multiple times. Likely some race condition issues here as multiple functions are interacting and creating/removing/updating channels is very slow
