swc option not work

swc=true option is work fine when run ts-node --loader ts-node/esm but not work when run TS_NODE_PROJECT="tsconfig.build.json" node --loader ts-node/esm ./src/main.ts.
And has any environment to sepecify this option lkie TS_NODE_SWC?
